How do I get a reseller account?

Register as a reseller on our registration page or contact our sales team. Every registration request is checked and approved by hand.

We are already a Toolcat customer. Do we still need to register?

Yes. The webshop account always has to be activated separately, even if you are already a customer of ours. For data protection reasons (GDPR) we do not activate accounts automatically without your consent. Contact our sales team and we will activate your account quickly based on your existing details.

What can I do with a reseller account?

You see your personal reseller prices and can place orders as usual, with pallet deliveries and carriage-paid deliveries for large orders.

Is registration intended for all customers?

No. Registration is intended only for reseller registration or for creating a new reseller account, not for consumer customers.
