Toolcat Oy uses AI as part of the webshop’s content production. Our aim is to offer customers the most comprehensive and up-to-date product data and visual material possible. AI is always used under human supervision, and no product description or technical detail is published without manual review.
How is AI used?
Product descriptions and technical details: AI may be used to draft text, but all product data is checked and approved manually before publication.
Product images: Some product images may have been created wholly or partly with AI. These images carry a clear watermark telling the user that the image is AI-generated.
Why do we use AI?
AI speeds up content production and helps ensure that product data is comprehensive and search engine optimised. It does not replace human expertise, however: all content is checked before publication.
Responsibility and accuracy
Although AI is used as an aid, final responsibility for product data lies with Toolcat Oy. We aim to ensure that all details are correct and match the actual products. If you notice an error, you can report it to our customer service.
