2 · Ordering

Three ways to find and order products

Browse by category, search directly or use quick order when you know the product codes.

01

Browse by category

The left-hand bar on the shop page lists all product groups. Open subgroups with the arrow. You can choose how many products are shown per page (“X / page”) and sort the results.

02

Search products

The search icon in the top bar and the shop’s search field (“Search products…”) search the products directly. The result is a product list you can order from straight away.

03

Quick order

The Quick order button at the top of the shop lets you add several products at once by product code. The fastest way for repeat orders.

3 · Pack sizes and cart

Order by the box and manage your cart

Many products are sold in inner and outer boxes. The portal helps you order full packs and keep the cart clear.

1

Inner and Outer buttons

On product and list pages, Inner (inner box) and Outer (outer box) add a full box to the cart with one click. The number on the button is the quantity per box.

2

Quantity matching

In the cart there is a marker next to the quantity: green dot = the quantity matches the box size, orange arrow = it does not. Press the box size (Inner/Outer) to round the quantity automatically.

3

Backorders shown separately

The cart separates in-stock and backorder products into their own sections, so you can see at once what ships now and what is delivered later.

4

Keep in cart for later

Don’t want to order the backorder products yet? Press “Keep in cart for later”. The products are moved to their own list and are not ordered now. Get them back with the “Add back to order” button.

5

Export to Excel

From the cart you can download the whole contents as a tidy Excel file with the “Export to Excel” button. Handy for quotes, approvals and your own records.

4 · Availability alerts

Get a notification as soon as a product is back in stock

If a product is temporarily out of stock, you can set an availability alert. We send an email as soon as the product can be ordered again. The alert is removed automatically after the notification.

A
Set an alert from the product page
A box appears on a sold-out product. Press “Notify me when available”. Each product is watched as its own alert.
B
Estimated arrival
When an arrival time is known for a product, it is shown in the product details. We also notify you by email if the estimated arrival changes.
C
Manage alerts on the My account page
Under My account → Availability alerts you see all the products you are watching, can remove individual alerts and switch arrival-time notifications on or off.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about using the portal

Why can't I see prices?

Prices are visible only to logged-in business customers. Log in via the account icon in the top bar. If you do not have login details yet, register as a wholesale customer and we will open an account by hand.

What do Inner and Outer mean?

Inner = inner box and Outer = outer box. The buttons add a full box to the cart with one click, and the number on the button is the quantity per box.

There is an orange arrow next to the quantity in the cart. What does it mean?

It means the order quantity does not match the inner or outer box size. Press the box size (Inner/Outer) and the quantity is rounded automatically to full boxes. A green dot means the quantity matches.

Can I leave backorder products unordered for now?

Yes. Press 'Keep in cart for later' in the cart and the backorder products move to their own waiting list and are not ordered now. Get them back with the 'Add back to order' button.

How do I find out when a sold-out product is back in stock?

Press 'Notify me when available' on the sold-out product. We send an email as soon as the product can be ordered again, and the alert is removed automatically. You can manage all alerts under My account → Availability alerts.

How do I export the cart to Excel?

The cart has an 'Export to Excel' button that downloads the cart contents as a tidy Excel file. Handy for quotes and approvals.

How do I place an order with several product codes at once?

Use the shop's 'Quick order' button: enter the product codes and quantities at once and the products are added to the cart without browsing for each one.

Can I see my old orders?

Yes. Under My account → Orders you see your order history and tracking, and under Open orders the orders currently being processed.
