What are the payment terms?
Business customers buy on invoice, and payment terms are agreed per customer. The most common payment periods are 14, 21, 30 or 45 days net, and we also offer cash discount terms (e.g. 14 days −2%, 30 days net).
How fast do you deliver?
Stock items are typically delivered within 48 hours anywhere in Finland. Normal delivery time is 1–5 working days, depending on the shipping method and destination. We also deliver to the other Nordic countries and the Baltics, with delivery time and costs agreed per order. Products can also be collected from our Vantaa warehouse by arrangement.
Do you offer dropshipping deliveries?
Yes. In the dropshipping model we deliver orders straight to your end customer in your name, so you can sell our full range without any stock risk of your own.
Is private label, meaning our own brands, possible?
Yes. We manufacture tools under your own brand with a better margin. We handle production and logistics, you handle the sales.
How do I get contract prices?
Open a trade account or request a free range assessment. We set your contract discount according to your purchase volume, and your contract prices show in the webshop as soon as you log in.
