Payment methods

Invoicing, advance invoices and payment terms: how paying for B2B orders works.

Toolcat Oy is a B2B tool wholesaler. We do not process payment card, bank or other online payments on this website. Purchases are always made on invoice or advance invoice.

Invoicing

Our contract customers are invoiced on personal payment terms. The most common payment periods are 14, 21, 30 or 45 days net, and we also offer cash discount terms (e.g. 14 days −2%, 30 days net). Payment terms are always agreed per customer with our sales team.

How do I open an invoice account?

Business customers can apply for an invoice account through our business sales. For more information, email myynti@toolcat.fi or ask our sales staff.

Advance invoice (pro forma)

For new customers, or for orders for which no invoicing period has yet been agreed, we send an advance invoice (pro forma invoice). The order is delivered or released for collection once the advance invoice has been paid.

Collection orders

Collection orders are also invoiced or paid by advance invoice. No online payment is needed for collection. The products are released once the invoice has been paid or an invoicing schedule has been agreed.

In the event of a complaint, please contact us directly. As the supplier of the products and services, we are responsible for the statutory obligations relating to the sale and for the obligations we have set ourselves.
