Description
The Yato cup brush M14 65 mm stainless steel is a compact cleaning brush for angle grinders, for mechanical preparation of metal surfaces. The brushing surface, made of stainless steel wire (INOX), withstands moisture and outdoor conditions and does not easily leave iron particles that could cause cross-contamination on stainless substrates. The small 65 mm diameter gives good visibility of the workpiece and precision in tight spots.
The cup shape supports the bristle tufts and spreads the load evenly, which makes it easier to treat edges, corners and flat surfaces. The M14 thread is compatible with the most common angle grinders in the 115–125 mm class. The brush efficiently removes rust, flaking layers of paint and oxide residues and creates an even micro-keying that improves the adhesion of primer or coating.
The stiffness and durability of the stainless steel wire suit maintenance, renovation and cleaning up weld seams. With the right speed and light to moderate pressure you get a controlled, consistent finish without excessive loss of base material.

Yato cup brush M14 65 mm stainless steel: instructions for use:

Fitting: Disconnect the angle grinder from the power supply. Fit the brush to the M14 thread and tighten according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Make sure the guard is in the correct position.

Test run: Run it briefly without load; stop if there is abnormal vibration or “wobbling” movement.

Working: Work at a shallow angle with light to moderate pressure. Make even sweeps; avoid long point contact, which heats the surface.

Breaks and inspection: Stop regularly, remove loose material and assess wear. Replace the brush if the wire has shortened unevenly or the cup is damaged.

Maintenance: Clean off dust and swarf; dry and store in a dry place. Do not force bent wires straight.
