Bleispitz marking pencil Magnet long tip (Bleispitz dry MAGNET, product no. 2055) is a deep hole marker whose long, thin tip reaches to mark the bottom of a drilled hole and narrow gaps. The standard marking depth is 45 mm, and when the handle is unscrewed, the pencil reaches up to 90 mm deep. The pencil is supplied with a holster that has a crocodile-tooth belt clip.

The pencil has a magnetic lock that keeps the tip protected and stops the pencil falling out of the holster, and a built-in sharpener in the push button. The design is dust- and waterproof, and the roughened grip areas and anti-roll shape keep the pencil in your hand and on the work surface. The pencil is used with one hand: the push button feeds the lead, and the finger rest releases the tip from the holster.

The marking pencil uses Bleispitz replaceable dry leads: the supplied graphite universal lead writes on rough and smooth surfaces, including glass, metal, tile and plastic. Replacement leads are available in graphite HB and in red, yellow and white.

Bleispitz marking pencil Magnet long tip instructions for use:

Getting started: Pull the pencil out of the holster by pressing the finger rest. Press the push button until 2–3 mm of lead comes out. Sharpen the lead by pressing it lightly into the sharpener in the push button and turning.

Marking: Pass the tip through the hole and mark the bottom or the wall. For a deeper target, unscrew the handle to increase the tip length to 90 mm.

Changing the lead: Feed the old lead out with the push button and push a new dry lead in from the tip until it stops. Use only Bleispitz dry leads.

Storage: Push the pencil into the holster until the magnet locks it. Attach the holster to your belt or pocket with the clip.
