Description
Gorilla superglue 12 g brush + nozzle is a clear superglue based on ethyl 2-cyanoacrylate with two ways of dispensing in the same bottle: a fine-bristled brush for larger surfaces and a precision nozzle for applying single drops. The glue grabs in 10–45 seconds without clamping and reaches full strength in 24 hours.
The formula is reinforced with Impact-Tough technology, which increases the bond’s resistance to impact and vibration compared with conventional superglue. The cured bond withstands temperatures of –53 °C … +104 °C. One drop is enough for about 6.5 cm² of surface, so a 12 gram bottle is enough for dozens of repairs.
The glue bonds wood, metal, ceramics, rubber, leather, paper and most plastics. It is not suitable for polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) and does not form a reliable bond with glass. The glue is not intended for food contact or for items permanently under water, such as aquariums.
The bottle’s anti-clog cap has two parts: the inner cap closes the nozzle and the outer cap the brush, so the glue does not dry in the bottle. The pack is a hangable blister card, and the bottle comes with a Finnish-language safety data sheet. For larger joints and gaps, a better choice is Gorilla glue 60 ml, all-purpose glue for all materials.
Intended use and suitability:
Superglue is intended for small, close-fitting joints that need fast grab without clamps.
- Repairs at home and on site: loose trims, handles, ornaments and plastic parts stick in seconds; with the nozzle, the drop lands precisely on a small joint surface.
- Woodwork and model making: the brush spreads a thin, even layer along long glue lines, for example on mitre joints in trims and on model parts.
- Rubber and leather: shoe sole edges, seals and belt ends; the Impact-Tough formula withstands bending better than brittle ordinary cyanoacrylate.
- Metal and ceramics: broken ceramic parts and metal ornaments; the bond withstands –53 … +104 °C, but is not suitable for continuous heat or immersion.
Package contents:
- Gorilla superglue 12 g, bottle with brush and nozzle
Features:
- Two ways to dispense: a brush for large surfaces and a nozzle for spot gluing in the same bottle.
- Grabs in 10–45 s: no clamps; light handling after 1 minute, full strength in 24 h.
- Impact-Tough: an impact- and vibration-resistant bond that does not break in a brittle way.
- Temperature resistance: when cured, –53 °C … +104 °C.
- Coverage: one drop covers about 6.5 cm²; 12 g is enough for dozens of joints.
- Anti-clog cap: the two-part cap stops the nozzle and brush drying out.
- Clear: the bond is invisible even on light-coloured materials.
- Multi-material: wood, metal, ceramics, rubber, leather, paper, most plastics (not PE/PP, not glass).

Gorilla superglue 12 g brush + nozzle instructions for use:
Preparation: Protect the work area from drips. Clean and dry the surfaces to be glued; superglue needs close-fitting surfaces and does not fill gaps.
Applying with the brush: Open the whole cap, wipe excess glue off the brush on the inner edge of the bottle neck and brush a thin layer onto one surface. Applying with the nozzle: Remove the upper cap and apply one drop per approx. 6.5 cm² to one of the surfaces only.
Joining: Press the surfaces together for 10–45 seconds. Uneven surfaces and gaps lengthen the grab time. Light handling is possible after one minute; full strength is reached in 24 hours.
Cleaning and storage: Wipe the nozzle with a dry cloth and close both caps tightly. Store upright at 5–25 °C in a dry place, not in damp areas such as a bathroom and not in a fridge. Cured glue can be removed from skin with warm soapy water and gentle rubbing.
Warnings:
- Contains cyanoacrylate. Danger. Bonds skin and eyes in seconds. Keep out of the reach of children.
- Irritating to skin and eyes and may irritate the respiratory tract: use in a well-ventilated area and avoid breathing the vapours.
- If glue gets in your eye, rinse with water for at least 10 minutes while holding the eyelids open, and do not try to force apart eyelids that are stuck together; seek medical attention.
- Do not use with cotton, wool or other porous fibres: the reaction can heat the material quickly.
- Not for food contact or for joints that are permanently under water.
- Not suitable for polyethylene, polypropylene or glass.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ):
How quickly does Gorilla superglue 12 g grab? In 10–45 seconds without clamping; full strength in 24 hours.
Which materials does Gorilla superglue not bond? Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and glass, with which cyanoacrylate does not form a reliable bond.
When should I use the brush and when the nozzle? The brush suits long glue lines and larger surfaces, the nozzle a single precise drop on a small joint.
How do I get superglue off my skin? Soak in warm soapy water and peel it off carefully; do not tear fingers apart if they are stuck together.
Does Gorilla superglue withstand frost and heat? The cured bond withstands –53 °C … +104 °C.
How should I store the bottle so the glue does not dry out? Close both caps straight after use and store at 5–25 °C in a dry place; the two-part anti-clog cap keeps the nozzle and brush ready for use.
Recycling instructions:
Sort the cardboard of the blister card into carton collection and the plastic dome into plastic collection. An empty, dry Gorilla superglue 12 g bottle can be sorted into plastic collection; a bottle that still contains glue is hazardous waste and must be taken to the municipal hazardous waste collection point. Do not pour glue into the drain.
