Description
This three-piece mixer set offers a versatile solution for mechanical mixing of various construction and renovation materials. The set is designed for use with ordinary drills, which makes it an accessory that is easy to put to use on site or in the workshop. The three different mixing heads in the set allow an optimal mixing result for different materials, from runny paints to thicker mortars and levelling compounds. Thanks to the different sizes and materials, the user can choose the mixer best suited to the work step and container size in question, which makes work more efficient and ensures a consistent result.
The set includes one mixer made of PVC and two metal mixers of different dimensions. All parts of the set have a standardised 10 mm shaft, which guarantees compatibility with the chucks of most cordless and electric drills on the market. The design of the mixers is optimised to lift material from the bottom of the container towards the surface, which reduces air pockets and ensures thorough mixing of the whole batch without splashes when used at the right speed.
Intended use:
- Mixing paints: The smaller whisks in the set, especially the PVC model, are excellent for mixing various paints, varnishes and primers before application. The right mixing head ensures even distribution of pigments without damaging the paint container.
- Preparing mortars and levelling compounds: The larger metal mixing paddles are intended for mixing heavier materials, such as thin-bed mortars, renovation mortars, grouts and floor levelling compounds, from powder into a ready-to-use mix.
- Mixing adhesives and compounds: Also suitable for mixing various construction adhesives, pastes and other compounds of varying viscosity in smaller batches.
Package contents:
- 1 pc PVC mixer, size 60 x 350 mm
- 1 pc metal mixer, size 60 x 395 mm
- 1 pc metal mixer, size 80 x 400 mm
Features:
- Versatility: Three mixing heads of different sizes and types cover a wide range of mixing needs on site.
- Compatibility: The 10 mm shaft fits straight into the most common drill chucks without separate adapters.
- Material options: Includes both a lighter PVC mixer for delicate surfaces or light materials and more durable metal mixers for heavier use.
- Effective design: The whisks are designed to draw material efficiently into the mixing head, which speeds up the mixing process.
Technical specifications:

Instructions for use:
Choose a mixing whisk of a size suitable for the material to be mixed and the container used. Fix the 10 mm shaft of the whisk firmly in the drill chuck and make sure it is straight. Immerse the mixing head in the material before starting the drill to avoid splashes. Start mixing at low speed and increase the speed as needed until the material has reached the required consistency. Move the mixer up and down in the container and along the sides to make sure the whole batch is mixed. Clean the whisk immediately after use; most materials come off most easily by spinning the whisk in a container of clean water.
Warnings:
Always wear safety glasses while mixing in case of splashes. Make sure the mixer is properly fixed in the drill before use. Do not use too high a speed, which can cause the material to splash or the mixer to move uncontrollably. If you are mixing dusty materials, wear a suitable respirator. Keep hands and clothing away from the rotating mixer.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ):
Can concrete be mixed with this set?
The set is intended mainly for paints, mortars and levelling compounds. For mixing coarse concrete, heavier mixing machines and paddles designed for the purpose are recommended.
What kind of drill is needed?
Any electric or cordless drill whose chuck can take a 10 mm shaft is suitable for using the mixers. Low speeds and high torque are an advantage when mixing heavier materials.
Recycling instructions:
The metal parts of the product can be recycled in metal collection and the PVC part in plastic collection according to local waste management regulations. Packaging materials are sorted for cardboard or plastic collection.
