Painter Dual Midi is a paint roller made of nylon fibre. The pile length of the roller is 13 mm, sized for painting smooth and slightly rough surfaces. This pile length stores paint to form an even film and leaves behind an even, smooth coating.
The roller is made with the industrial Thermofusion heat-bonding method. In this process, the fibre is attached directly to the plastic core of the roller without adhesive, which stops the pile coming loose onto the painted surface and improves the structural durability of the roller. The outside diameter of the plastic core is 30 mm.
The product is mechanically compatible with roller frames with a wire thickness of 6 mm. The Painter Dual Midi roller is made in two working widths: 10 cm (product code ZAP1007) and 15 cm (product code ZAP1015).
The heat-bonded nylon withstands chemical stress, so the roller can be used across different binders. The roller is compatible with both water-based and solvent-based paints and chemicals.
