Description
The Procat mixing cup is designed for precise mixing and measuring in industrial, painting and repair projects where different components or chemicals have to be combined in the right ratio. The cup is made of durable polypropylene plastic that withstands most solvents and chemicals under normal working conditions.
Two models are available: 1300 ml (measuring scale up to 1100 ml) and 2240 ml (measuring scale up to 1900 ml). Both have ratio scales of 2:1, 3:1, 4:1, 5:1, 6:1, 7:1, 8:1, 9:1, 10:1 and 12:1. This means mixtures can be made up without calculations and the risk of errors is lower.
The measuring scale (ml) on the inside of the cup combined with the ratio scales makes mixing fast and clear. This saves working time, reduces waste and guarantees repeatable mixtures.
The Procat mixing cup is particularly suitable for epoxy and resin mixing, paints, varnishes, hardeners and other two-component substances. The right mixing ratio is decisive for the quality of the result, and this cup ensures measuring accuracy.
The cups are stackable and easy to clean after use. A lid is also available, sold separately, which makes it easier to store and transport mixtures.
Intended use:
-
Painting and coating
The cup allows precise paint mixing and dosing of hardeners without calculation. This reduces errors, prevents coating problems and saves materials. -
Industrial manufacturing and chemical applications
Chemical mixtures, resin components and two-component substances used on production lines can be measured quickly and precisely. The clear scale also supports quality assurance. -
Training and demonstrations
In technical training, the cup serves as a practical aid for teaching mixing ratios and demonstrating their effects. -
Field and maintenance work
The light, portable cup makes work easier on sites and in maintenance situations. The clear scale allows fast, reliable mixing without extra equipment.

How to choose the right mixing cup:
-
The capacity must be enough for the total amount of the mixture.
-
The material must withstand the chemicals used.
-
The measuring and ratio scales should be clear and easy to read.
-
The shape and ergonomics should support pouring and mixing.
-
Stackability and the availability of a lid make storage and use easier.
Why choose the Procat mixing cup:
Procat combines versatile ratio scales, two size options and durable polypropylene material. The cup reduces errors, speeds up mixing and reduces material waste. The option of buying a lid adds practicality compared with traditional measuring cups.
Warnings:
-
Do not exceed the maximum of the scale.
-
Avoid use near heat sources or at temperatures above +60 °C.
-
Use only with substances that are compatible with polypropylene.
-
Not for use by children.
-
Make sure the measuring scale is intact and readable before use.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ):
Is the cup reusable?
