Description
The Narex screwdriver set Micro Line Profi mix is a set of five precision screwdrivers for small electronics and fine mechanics screws. The set has two slotted screwdrivers (1.5 x 60 mm and 2.5 x 75 mm) and three cross-head screwdrivers in two head types: PH00 x 60 mm, PH0 x 60 mm and PZ0 x 60 mm.
The tips are made of high-speed steel and finished with chrome plating. High-speed steel keeps the shape of the tip in small heads, where the edges of the tip wear quickly, and the chrome plating protects the shaft from corrosion.
The handles are made of 2-component rubber, and small bumps are embedded in the top of the grip to make turning easier. The end of the handle rotates, so you can hold the screwdriver in place with your index finger while turning it evenly with a finger grip.
As a mixed-tip set, it covers slotted, Phillips and Pozidriv heads in one pack, so the same set works for the housing and adjustment screws of phones, measuring instruments and cameras. For Torx heads only, there is the Narex screwdriver set Micro Line Profi, torx, and a wider range of slotted and Phillips sizes down to PH000 is included in the Narex screwdriver set Micro Line Profi.
Intended use and suitability:
A precision screwdriver is used to undo and tighten small screws where an ordinary screwdriver does not fit into the housing or cams out of the head. The tip is chosen according to the type and size of the screw head.
- Electronics: housing and fixing screws of phones, tablets, remote controls and circuit boards.
- Measuring instruments and cameras: small fixing screws in bodies and optics, where the edges of the head are easily damaged.
- Fine mechanics: glasses, toys, adjustment screws of small machines and small fasteners of household appliances.
- Mixed heads in the same job: slotted, PH and PZ tips in one set when a device has several head types.
Package contents:
- Slotted tip 1.5 x 60 mm
- Slotted tip 2.5 x 75 mm
- Cross-head tip PH00 x 60 mm

- Cross-head tip PZ0 x 60 mm
Features:
- Five tips in three head types: slotted, Phillips (PH) and Pozidriv (PZ) in the same set.
- High-speed steel tips: keep their edges in small heads, where the torque is concentrated on a small area.
- Chrome plating: protects the shaft and tip from moisture and wear.
- 2-component rubber handle: the high-friction grip keeps the screwdriver under control at low torque.
- Bumps on the top of the grip: make the screwdriver easier to turn with the fingertips.
- Rotating handle end: the direction of pressure stays steady while the tip is turned.
- Tip lengths 60–75 mm: a short shaft in a cramped housing, a longer shaft for a recessed screw.

Narex screwdriver set Micro Line Profi mix instructions for use:
Choosing the tip: Choose a tip that fills the screw head completely. Tell Phillips (PH) and Pozidriv (PZ) apart: a PZ head has four thin extra grooves in the corners as well as the cross. A tip of the wrong type cams out in the head and rounds it off.
Use: Place your index finger on the rotating end of the handle and turn the handle with your thumb and middle finger. Press the screwdriver along the axis of the screw and support the workpiece with your other hand. Tighten small screws with finger force only: the threads are often in plastic.
Maintenance: Wipe the tips after use and store the screwdrivers separately so that the tips do not knock against each other. Replace a screwdriver if the tip is rounded or bent.
Warnings:
- Switch off the device and disconnect it from the mains or battery before opening the housing.
- The screwdrivers are not insulated; do not use them on live parts.
- Do not use the screwdriver as a chisel, lever or awl: the thin tip bends and the shaft can break.
- Keep the workpiece supported; a slipping tip hits your fingers.
- Keep out of reach of children; the tips are sharp and the screwdrivers small.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ):
What does the Narex screwdriver set Micro Line Profi mix contain? Five screwdrivers: slotted tips 1.5 x 60 mm and 2.5 x 75 mm and cross-head tips PH00 x 60 mm, PH0 x 60 mm and PZ0 x 60 mm.
What is the difference between PH and PZ tips? A Phillips tip is tapered and cams out of the head at high torque; a Pozidriv tip has four extra grooves that lock the tip in the head. A PZ screw takes a PZ tip.
Is the set suitable for opening a phone? The PH00 tip and the 1.5 mm slotted tip match the size class of housing screws in phones, cameras and measuring instruments. Torx-head housing screws need a Torx set.
What is the benefit of a high-speed steel tip in a precision screwdriver? A small tip carries the same hand force on a smaller area than a full-size screwdriver, so the tip shape is quickly lost in softer steel.
Can the screwdrivers be used on live parts? No. The set is not insulated for live work, so the device must be de-energised before work.
Recycling instructions:
Sort a Narex screwdriver set Micro Line Profi mix that is no longer used into metal collection; the rubber handle does not need to be removed, as metal collection separates the other materials. Cardboard packaging belongs in carton collection and any plastic packaging in plastic collection.
