Description
Vorel bin bags 60 L 10 pcs 30 my with drawstring LDPE are a practical, durable solution for waste management. These 60 litre bin bags are made of LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) film with a thickness of 30 microns (my), i.e. 0.030 mm. Thanks to the LDPE material, the bags are flexible and stretchy and have good tear strength, which stops the bag breaking easily even with sharp waste. The bag is 0.60 m wide and 0.72 m high, which makes them suitable for most standard-size bins.
The key convenience feature of the product is its drawstring. A separate drawstring is attached in a channel at the top edge of the bag, which lets you close the bag tightly and easily. The string also works as a handy carrying handle when moving a full bag. The string stops waste and odours escaping from the mouth of the bag after closing. The pack contains a roll of 10 bin bags, which makes it a suitable solution for both home and small-scale professional use.
These Vorel bin bags are designed especially for household waste and are suitable for packing most light and ordinary waste. Their strength is sized to cope with the stress of the daily amount of waste. The properties of the LDPE film ensure that the bag withstands normal filling and moving without fear of tearing. This makes them a reliable choice for various waste bins and environments where tidiness and efficient waste handling are required.
Intended use:
- Collecting household waste: These bags are designed mainly for collecting light and ordinary household waste, such as food waste, packaging materials and other household rubbish. Their size and durability meet the needs of the waste bins in most kitchens and other rooms.
- Waste management in offices and commercial premises: Excellent for the bins of offices, break rooms and other commercial premises that produce ordinary office waste, such as paper and plastic. The drawstring makes changing bags easier for cleaners.
- Packing light professional waste: Can also be used professionally, for example in hotels, restaurants, cleaning services and small workshops, as long as the waste is light and contains no sharp, heavy objects. The 30 my thickness gives sufficient protection in ordinary situations.

Vorel bin bags 60 L 10 pcs 30 my with drawstring LDPE instructions for use:
Place a new bin bag in the waste bin. Make sure the drawstring of the bag stays outside the opening of the bin. Fill the bag with waste so that the waste does not go above the level of the drawstring. Do not put heavy or very sharp objects in the bag, as they can break the film of the bag. When the bag is full, close it by pulling the drawstring tight. Tie the string in a knot if necessary for extra security. Lift the bag by the strings and move it to the waste container. Dispose of the bag according to local waste management regulations.
The bags are tightly rolled and come apart easily when the roll is opened. Store the bin bags on the roll in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, so that the properties of the film are kept as good as possible.
Warnings:
- Suffocation hazard: Keep plastic bags out of the reach of children and pets to avoid the risk of suffocation. Do not use bags in cribs, beds, prams or playpens.
- Not for heavy or sharp objects: These bags are designed for light and ordinary waste. They are not suitable for construction waste, bricks, pieces of metal or other heavy or very sharp objects that can tear the film.
- Not for food use: The bin bags are not intended for storing or packing food.
- Not for burning in an open fire: Plastic must not be burned in an open fire, as it releases harmful gases and particles. Dispose of the bags only through proper waste management.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ):
What does “30 my” mean for the thickness of a bin bag?
“My” refers to a micron, which is a thousandth of a millimetre. A thickness of 30 my means the film of the bag is 0.030 mm thick. This thickness is the usual standard for LDPE bags intended for household and light waste.
Can these bags be used in waste compactors?
These bags are designed for standard-size waste bins and ordinary waste. Waste compactors usually need thicker, stronger refuse sacks. We recommend using stronger sacks with waste compactors to avoid tears.
Are these bags suitable for composting?
LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) is not a biodegradable or compostable material. These bags are designed to be incinerated or taken to landfill through waste management. Do not put these bags in bio-waste collection.
Recycling instructions:
These bin bags and their rolls are made of LDPE plastic, which is recyclable. Dispose of the bags and their rolls according to local waste management regulations. Empty rolls can be sorted as plastic waste, while full bags are disposed of as part of mixed waste or another waste stream. Packaging plastic (if any) must also be sorted into the corresponding recycling bin.
