Description
The GripLine construction tub 90 L is a rectangular plastic tub for mixing, carrying and temporarily storing mortar, concrete and loose materials. The capacity is 90 litres and the height 301 mm; the top measures 478 × 792 mm and the base 361 × 675 mm. The low, wide shape keeps the tub stable even when full.
The tub is made of polyethylene that withstands UV radiation and frost. The Frost Resist property means that the plastic blend stays flexible in the cold and does not become brittle and crack the way rigid plastic does in frost. The product has been awarded the TÜV GS safety certificate.
The tub has four handles, one on each side. The handles allow lifting from different directions, a two-person lift from opposite handles and controlled pouring over a corner. The straight sides and square-edged base make it easier to scoop out the compound with a shovel or trowel, and the tubs stack inside each other for storage.

GripLine construction tub 90 L instructions for use:
Mixing: Place the tub on a level, firm base. Add the water first and then the dry material gradually. When mixing with a mixing paddle, hold the rim of the tub with one foot or hand so that the container does not turn with it. Keep the paddle off the bottom and walls.
Lifting and moving: Use the four handles. Lift with your legs and keep your back straight. A full 90-litre tub is extremely heavy: split the load into smaller batches or lift it with two people using opposite handles. Make sure the route is clear before carrying.
Cleaning and storage: Rinse the tub immediately after use; dried cement compound is hard to remove. A dried layer comes off best when the tub is left to dry completely and the walls are flexed, as the flexible plastic releases the mortar. Do not hit the rim with a shovel. Store the tubs nested inside each other in a shaded place.
Winter use: Let frozen compound thaw before removing it. Avoid dropping a full tub onto a hard surface in hard frost.
