The Idealgas LPG burner is designed to meet the high demands of industry and professionals, delivering top-class performance, efficiency and durability. This 900 mm burner, with a burner diameter of 60 mm and an output of 80 kW, includes the innovative Turbo Burner Special burner and automatic Piezo ignition, which makes it quick and effortless to use. The 5m gas hose supplied with the burner is made of durable NBR/SBR rubber, which is especially resistant to mechanical stress such as pulling and twisting. The product is made in Italy, meets the strict DIN EN ISO 9012 standards and is approved by DVGW GmbH.
The Idealgas burner is designed around the user’s needs and working conditions, with comfort and efficiency at its centre. The burner’s overall length is 900 mm, made up of a 700 mm lance and a 200 mm handle, giving good reach and control even when working at ground level. The burner’s unique trigger handle lets you shut off and restart the gas flow quickly, which helps save gas and improves safety during work. A handy control knob for the gas quantity is built in, so you can control the size and intensity of the flame. This is especially useful in industrial applications where precise flame control is essential.

Instructions for use
Connect the burner to a suitable high-pressure regulator (sold separately) and make sure all connections are tight. Connect the gas cylinder and open the valve. Open the burner’s gas control. The Piezo ignition lights the flame automatically when you press the button. Adjust the flame intensity as needed and use the equipment in strict compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
