Description
The Procat screwdriver and power bit set, 39-piece brings hand screwdrivers, precision screwdrivers, screwdriver bits and nut setter bits together in one stand. The set covers the most common screw types: slotted, Phillips PH and Pozidriv PZ cross-head, Torx and hex socket.
The blades and bits are made of chrome vanadium steel (Cr-V). Cr-V withstands torque without breaking and keeps the shape of the tip, which reduces cam-out that damages screw heads.
The handles are two-component handles with rubber nubs. The nubs add friction, so torque passes from the handle to the blade even with oily hands. The set includes a magnetiser and demagnetiser: magnetise the tip to hold a screw in place, or remove the magnetism when it interferes with sensitive parts.
The bit holder and nut setter bits also make the set suitable for power tools: the bits fit the chuck of a screwdriver or drill. The Procat screwdriver and power bit set, 39-piece is stored in a stand that can be hung on the wall using the fixing holes at the back.
Intended use and suitability:
One set covers hand screwdriving and power bits for the same job.
- Assembly and maintenance: furniture, hinges, trims and fittings, with long and short blades for the same screw types.
- Electronics and small appliances: precision screwdrivers for small slotted screws, PH00–PH0 heads and Torx screws.
- Power tool use: bit holder and screwdriver bits for a power screwdriver, nut setter bits 6–10 mm for hex head screws and nuts.
- Tight spaces: the short 38 mm blade and the 75 mm bit holder reach where a long screwdriver will not fit.
- Not suitable: for live electrical work, as the handles are not insulated VDE handles.
Package contents:
- Screwdrivers: slotted 6 x 38 mm, 5 x 100 mm, 6 x 125 mm; PH2 x 38 mm, PH1 x 100 mm, PH2 x 125 mm; T20 x 150 mm, T25 x 125 mm
- Precision screwdrivers: slotted 2.5 x 50 mm and 3 x 50 mm; PH00 x 50 mm, PH0 x 50 mm; T7 x 50 mm, T8 x 125 mm, T9 x 50 mm, T10 x 50 mm
- Screwdriver bits: slotted 4, 5, 6; PH0, PH1, PH2; PZ1, PZ2; hex H2, H3, H4, H5, H6; T20, T25, T30
- Nut setter bits: 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 mm
- Also included: 75 mm bit holder for power bits, magnetiser and demagnetiser, storage stand with wall mounting
Features:
- Cr-V steel: withstands torque and keeps the shape of the tip.
- Handles with nubs: add friction and turning force even with wet hands.
- Magnetiser and demagnetiser: the screw stays on the tip, or the magnetism is removed when needed.
- Bit holder: the same bit selection by hand and with a power tool.
- Precision screwdrivers: small heads in electronics and small appliances.
- Wall-mountable stand: parts in order and in view at the workstation.

Procat screwdriver and power bit set, 39-piece: instructions for use:
Choosing the tip: Choose a tip that fills the screw head completely. A tip that is too small spins in the head and damages it; PH and PZ are not interchangeable.
Hand screwdriving: Press the tip in line with the screw axis and turn evenly. A long blade gives more torque, a short one fits into a tight space.
Power tool use: Fit the bit in the bit holder and the holder in the chuck of the driver. Start with low torque and increase it only once the bit sits firmly in the head.
Magnetising: Draw the tip through the slot of the magnetiser when the screw needs to stay on the tip. Remove the magnetism by drawing the tip through the demagnetiser.
Maintenance: Wipe the bits after use and return them to the stand. Replace a bit whose edges have become rounded.
Warnings:
- Do not use the set for live electrical work: the handles are not insulated VDE handles.
- Do not use a screwdriver as a chisel, lever or striking tool, as the blade bends and the handle cracks.
- A worn tip slips out of the head: check the tips before use and replace damaged ones.
- Wear safety glasses when using power tools; a loose bit or a chip can fly off.
- Magnetism can interfere with sensitive electronic parts and recordings, so demagnetise the tip when needed.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ):
Which tip types does the Procat screwdriver and power bit set, 39-piece contain? Slotted, Phillips PH and Pozidriv PZ cross-head, Torx and hex H2–H6, plus nut setter bits 6–10 mm.
Can the bits be used in a power screwdriver? Yes, the set includes a 75 mm bit holder for power bits.
What is the magnetiser for? The screw stays on a magnetised tip; the demagnetiser removes the magnetism when it interferes with sensitive parts.
Is the set suitable for electronics? The precision screwdrivers cover small slotted, PH00–PH0 and Torx heads; the set has no special heads such as Pentalobe.
Can the set be used for electrical work? Not on live circuits. The handles are not insulated, so wiring work is done with the power off.
Recycling instructions:
Take used blades, bits and sockets to metal recycling; the plastic handles do not need to be removed. Sort the plastic stand into plastic recycling or the energy waste fraction and the packaging cardboard into cardboard recycling. Follow local waste management instructions.
