Yato cordless wet and dry vacuum 18V (YT-85688) is a cordless 3-in-1 upright vacuum that vacuums, washes hard floors and collects the dirty water in the same pass. The unit runs on the Yato 18 V Li-Ion battery system, and the package includes a 4.0 Ah battery, a charger and a charging dock with self-cleaning and drying functions.
It is powered by a brushless motor with a maximum suction power of 12 kPa. Being brushless reduces wear and noise compared with brushed motors. The unit doses clean water onto the rotating cleaning roller, scrubs the floor and sucks the dirty water into a separate tank, so clean water is always used for washing.
Two separate tanks, 550 ml for clean water and 550 ml for dirty water, are removable and have a quick lock. Three operating modes, smart mode (automatic adjustment of suction power and water supply), max mode for stubborn dirt and dry vacuuming without water, are selected with the function button on the handle, and the control panel shows the selected mode, the battery charge level as a percentage and the error codes E3/E5/E7.

Instructions for using the Yato cordless wet and dry vacuum 18V:
Getting started: Charge the battery with the charger before first use (charging time 2 h). Push the handle into the top of the body so that it clicks into place. Assemble the charging dock by joining its two parts and connect the power supply. Fit the cleaning roller in the floor head guide.
Tanks: Release the clean water tank with the release button, fill it with cold water up to the Max mark and, if needed, add a little low-foaming, pH-neutral floor detergent. Press the tank back into the body so that it locks.
Use: Attach the charged battery to the battery slot. Tilt the body backwards and hold the power button down for about 1.5 s. Move the unit back and forth on the floor; the function button switches between smart, max and dry vacuuming modes. Raising it to the upright position stops the unit.
After use: Place the unit in the charging dock; charging starts automatically. Press the self-cleaning button when there is water in the clean water tank and the battery charge is above 20%. Empty and rinse the dirty water tank and filter after every use. Remove the roller if necessary and take off any hair wound round it. Do not rinse the floor head under running water.
Error codes: E3 = charging dock or power supply connected incorrectly; E5 = cleaning roller blocked or internal fault in the floor head; E7 = dirty water tank full or filter blocked.
