Colour options
EcoPoxy metallic colour pigments let you create an endless number of shiny castings with bright colours and patterns. The colourant is translucent, so it lets light through impressively, highlighting the shade of the colour and creating an enchanting result in your project. Metallic colour pigments have a strong colouring property, so a small amount of pigment can achieve bright colours. The amount of pigment needed depends on the result you want.
Instructions for use
Mix for at least 2–3 minutes. To avoid unevenness during the setting stage, do not use more than 3% colour pigment by volume of epoxy or 10% by weight.
Check the mix every 15–30 minutes during the setting stage. If the pigment settles unevenly, stir the mix gently with a clean tool*. While stirring, try to keep your mixing tool submerged all the time so that no air bubbles get into the mix. Stirring the mix is not recommended once the epoxy has cured to a gel-like state, as it can cause ripples in the mix.
*Use denatured alcohol to clean the tools and let them dry before use
