Description

Construction tub 40 L, reinforced metal handle is a large-capacity site container with a body of tough plastic and a carrying handle of reinforced metal. The capacity is 40 litres and the colour is black.

The metal handle and its mounting lugs are the most critical part of the tub: a 40-litre container is rarely filled to the brim precisely because a full load of mortar or water exceeds the safe lifting limit for one person. The reinforced handle withstands a higher point load than a plastic handle, which bends and breaks at the lug in repeated heavy use.

The plastic body withstands impacts, knocks and the alkalinity of the binders used on site. Cement-based mortar does not corrode the plastic, and hardened material comes off the flexible wall when it is bent. The large opening and capacity also make the tub useful as a mixing container when mortar is mixed mechanically with a paddle mixer.

The tub is suitable for moving materials and water, mixing mortar, and carrying and storing tools and supplies. It is not rated for food use and must not be used as a step. Inspection: Before every lift, check that the body has no cracks and that the handle is attached to both of its lugs and is not bent.

Filling: Do not fill the tub to the brim. A full 40-litre load of wet concrete or water weighs over 40 kg, which exceeds the safe lifting limit for one person; fill the tub partially or split the load between two containers.

Mixing: Add the water first and then add the dry material gradually. Keep the paddle mixer in the middle of the tub and do not let it touch the wall; start the machine only when the paddle is inside the material.

Lifting and carrying: Lift by the handle straight up with your back straight and the lifting force from your legs. Use two people or a transport aid for a heavy load. Always place the tub on a level surface.

Cleaning: Wash the tub with water and a brush before the material hardens. Hardened material comes off when dry by bending the wall; do not hammer the tub with a metal tool.

Käyttötarkoitus

Rakennustyömaan yleisastia laastien ja tasoitteiden sekoitukseen, massojen kuten hiekan, soran ja murskeen siirtoon, veden kuljetukseen ja varastointiin työkohteessa sekä työkalujen ja tarvikkeiden kuljetukseen. Ei tarkoitettu elintarvikkeille, juomavedelle, rehulle, kemikaalien pitkäaikaiseen varastointiin, kuumille aineille eikä astinlaudaksi tai jakkaraksi.

Lasten ja lemmikkien varoitukset

Vedellä tai massalla täytetty 40 litran palju on merkittävä hukkumisvaara pienelle lapselle ja lemmikille; paljua ei jätetä täytettynä valvomatta. Sementtipohjaiset massat ovat emäksisiä ja syövyttäviä eivätkä sovi lasten tai lemmikkien käsiteltäviksi. Tyhjennä ja käännä palju ylösalaisin työn jälkeen.

Käyttöohje ja turvatiedot

Tarkista ennen jokaista nostoa, ettei rungossa ole halkeamia ja että sanka on kiinni molemmissa korvakkeissaan eikä ole vääntynyt. Älä täytä paljua reunaan asti: täysi 40 litran kuorma ylittää yhden hengen turvallisen nostorajan. Pese palju ennen massan kovettumista.

Toiminta ja suojatoimet

Vahvistettu metallisanka ja sen kiinnityskorvakkeet kantavat kuorman, ja sitkeä muovirunko kestää iskut ja kolhut. Joustava seinämä päästää kovettuneen massan irti taivuttamalla ilman metallityökalua. Suuri suuaukko sallii koneellisen sekoituksen. Suojatoimina suojakäsineet, suojalasit, oikea nostotekniikka, kuorman jakaminen tai osittainen täyttö, vispilän pitäminen irti seinämästä, tasainen alusta sekä paljun kunnon tarkastus halkeamien varalta ennen käyttöä.

Ympäristöolosuhteet

Käyttö ja säilytys ulkona ja sisällä. Pakkanen haurastuttaa muovin, jolloin isku voi halkaista kyljen; kylmässä säilytettyä paljua ei kuormiteta täydellä painolla ennen lämpenemistä. Pitkäaikainen suora auringonvalo haurastuttaa muovia UV-säteilyn vaikutuksesta. Palju säilytetään puhtaana, kuivana ja pinottuna.
