Edma work platform 98 cm is a folding aluminium boarding platform and step-up whose platform measures 98 x 45 cm and working height is 48.5 cm. The maximum load is 150 kg (user and equipment combined), and you climb onto the platform from either end using two steps each. The platform is intended for use by one person on a level surface.
The platform weighs 6.9 kg and folds flat: the legs are opened as far as the limiter and locked with the hooks on both sides of the platform. The long platform, almost one metre, lets you move sideways in ceiling and wall work without moving the platform, which sets it apart from an ordinary step stool.
The surface of the platform and the steps have anti-slip surfaces, and the plastic feet of the legs protect the floor. The platform also works as a low workbench: the 98 cm length is enough as a base for a mitre saw or tile cutter and as a place to put down tools, for example.

Edma work platform 98 cm instructions for use:
Setting up: Lay the platform on its side, open the first pair of legs as far as the limiter and then the second in the same way. Stand the platform on its legs and lock the legs with the two hooks on each side of the platform. Place the platform on a horizontal, non-slip surface so that all the legs are on the floor.
Use: Climb on and off facing the platform. Keep both feet on the platform, do not lean out to the side and do not do work that requires sideways force. Only one person at a time; the platform must not be moved while someone is standing on it. Prohibited positions: M position (legs half folded) and upside down.
Before each use: Check the steps, platform, legs, feet, hooks and fixing rivets; a bent, loose or corrosion-damaged platform must not be used or repaired temporarily.
Maintenance and storage: Wipe with a clean cloth and store dry, protected from the weather. Edma spare parts only. In professional use, regular inspection by a competent person is recorded.
