Description
The Yato Comfort safety harness with quick-release buckles YT-74218 is designed for professionals who demand both the highest safety and exceptional comfort from their fall protection over long working days. This harness combines the features of a conventional fall arrest harness with an integrated waist belt, which also allows work positioning. The harness is one of the lightest in its class, thanks to high-quality aluminium attachment points.
Quick-release buckles make putting the harness on and taking it off very fast and easy. The fit of the harness is optimised by an ergonomic design and generous EVA foam padding on the shoulders, hips and thighs. This reduces pressure points and improves air circulation, which increases comfort considerably. The harness has a D-shaped dorsal attachment point and two chest attachment points for fall arrest, plus two side D-rings for positioning.
The harness complies with strict safety standards, such as EN 361:2002 for fall arrest harnesses and EN 358:1999 for work positioning systems. It is made of durable 45 mm wide polyester webbing with a breaking strength of over 27 kN. The waist belt also has four tool loops, each taking a load of up to 2 kg, keeping important tools always within reach.

Yato Comfort safety harness with quick-release buckles instructions for use:
Before using the harness for the first time, read the instructions for use supplied carefully. Adjust the harness to fit you by adjusting the chest, waist and leg straps. To put it on, open the quick-release buckles, step into the leg straps, put on the shoulder straps and close the quick-release buckles. Make sure all buckles are properly closed and the straps fit snugly without being too restrictive. Do a suspension test before starting work to check comfort and correct adjustment. Carry out a visual inspection before each use, looking for signs of wear, cuts, unravelled seams or bent metal parts. The service life of the harness is 5 years from first use, provided that annual inspections are carried out and the equipment is in good condition. Clean the harness with mild soapy water and let it dry freely in a ventilated place out of direct sunlight.
