Yato YT-828378 instructions for use:
Getting started: Fit a charged Yato 18V battery into the base of the device until it locks in place. By default the device is in sleep mode. To activate the device, press and hold the trigger for about 5 seconds until you hear a beep or the indicator light comes on. The device is then ready for use and cuts when you press the trigger.
Use: Place the branch to be cut between the blades and press the trigger. The blade makes the cutting movement and returns automatically. If the device is not used for 30 seconds, it returns to sleep mode. Do not try to cut material thicker than the recommended maximum diameter or very hard materials, such as metal.
Maintenance: Always remove the battery before maintenance. Clean resin and dirt off the blades regularly after use. Oil the blades and moving parts with the oil supplied to prevent corrosion and ensure correct operation. Check the tension and condition of the blades regularly with the tools supplied. Sharpen the blade when needed with the sharpening stone supplied, following the original blade angle.
Warnings:
The device has extremely sharp cutting blades. Always keep your hands and other parts of your body at a safe distance from the blades during use.
