Alba-Rulo was founded in the La Mancha region of Spain with the aim of producing high-quality tools for professional painters. Today the company's modern production facilities in Chinchilla de Montearagón (Albacete) make millions of rollers and brushes every year. The brand is known especially for its colour-coded range system (Deluxe, Pro, Extra), which helps you choose the right tool for every type of paint.
Innovation is central to Alba-Rulo. The company uses advanced thermofusion technology (thermofusion) to make its rollers, bonding the fabric to the core without glue. This prevents the fabric from coming loose due to solvents and guarantees a long roller life. In addition, its "Antigota" technology minimises paint spatter when painting ceilings and walls.

For smooth surfaces and interior walls, we recommend Alba-Rulo microfibre rollers or "Antigota" rollers with a short pile (10-12mm). They pick up paint well but leave a very smooth finish without orange peel.
Natural bristle is best for solvent-based paints and varnishes. Synthetic bristles (e.g. Mix) are better for water-based paints, because they do not absorb water and keep their shape better.
Antigota (anti-drip) refers to a roller whose pile is treated and woven so that it releases paint evenly without spattering. This is especially important when painting ceilings.
The filling knives and plastering trowels in Alba-Rulo's professional range are made of high-quality stainless steel (Inox), which prevents rust stains in the filler and extends the tool's life.

Stock items are typically delivered within 48 hours anywhere in Finland. Normal delivery time is 1–5 working days, depending on the shipping method and destination. We also deliver to the other Nordic countries and the Baltics, with delivery time and costs agreed per order. Products can also be collected from our Vantaa warehouse by arrangement.
